“ARMSWISSBANK”, closed joint company, (hereinafter referred to as, the Bank) announces for the cooperation the election of specialized estate appraisal organizations for carrying out the evaluation of the property laws, as well as the estates taken as an insurance by the Bank against the rendered services.
The specialized appraisal organizations can take part in the election.
The applications for the cooperation are received in the Bank each working day till 18:00 till the 25^th of March, 2010. Applications can be brought personally or be sent via post offices within a deadline period indicated above.                                                                                 
The information and documents can be presented either in Armenian or in Russian and English.
Appraisal organizations, which would like to cooperate with the Bank, should present the following information:

• Copy of State Register Certificate
• Copy of License about Evaluation Activity given by State Authorized Body
• Copy of Charter
• Professional Insurance Certificate (if applicable)
• List of  Cooperating Organizations
• Reference Letter from other Financial Structure (as per wish)
• Reference about Evaluation Principles, Methods and Other Possible Sources for Each Type of Property
• List of Appraisers, Information about Level of Qualification and Work Experience
• Information about Branches, Representative Offices or Subsidiary Enterprises Existing in RA or Abroad and about Geographical Limitations
• Terms and Conditions of Rendered  Services Including Taxes (presented with chart)
• Other Expenses
