On January 29, 2010 the bonds issued by “Express Credit UCO” CJSC in the total amount of AMD 150 million (with nominal value of AMD 25,000, maturity of 18 months and annual coupon rate of 12%) were repaid. The company paid the amount as of 29.01.2010. The allocation of bonds started since July 29, 2008. “ArmSwissBank” CJSC acted as the lead manager and the financial adviser of the issue. During the whole period of turnover of bonds “ArmSwissBank” CJSC has provided double-sided quotations.
