On September 9, 2024, ''ArmSwissBank'' CJSC and the Vagharshapat Municipality signed a memorandum aimed at supporting the city’s environmental improvement. The memorandum was signed by the Bank's Executive Director Mr. Gevorg Machanyan, and the Head of Vagharshapat Municipality Ms. Diana Gasparyan.

As part of the memorandum, the Bank has donated 30 “Canadian Judas” trees to be planted on Isi Le Mulino Street. The planting is scheduled to occur in anticipation of the re-consecration of the Cathedral of Echmiadzin and the Blessing of the Holy Muron ceremony, contributing to the city’s enhancement and ecological improvement.

The Vagharshapat Municipality has committed to managing the planting process and providing ongoing care for the trees. This project is a significant step for the development of the Vagharshapat community and the preservation of the environment. It also underscores ArmSwissBank’s dedication to community initiatives and environmental betterment. This project phase serves as another example of the Bank collaborating with municipal entities to support public initiatives and sustainable community development.
