Custodian activity is the activity of securities custody, custody and registration and transfer of securities rights.
The Bank offers the following services to its clients within the custody of securities
The Bank provides custody services for non-documentary securities with the right of free circulation in and outside the Republic of Armenia.
Depo account service charges are charged until the 25th of the month following the given quarter.
The fees charged by the Bank are charged from the Customer's monetary account (s). However, in case of absence of funds corresponding to the account (s) the Bank charges from the Client's foreign currency account (s) at the rate of foreign currency purchase at the time of collection. The Bank's intended payments also include a commission payout to other custodians for the maintenance and recording of securities in the Bank's nominee accounts and / or for operations performed on the Client's instructions.
*Tariffs do not include fees charged by other organizations (trading systems, stock exchanges, depositories, custodians, registrars, etc.), as well as postage and telecommunications costs.
** If no transactions were made with depot account during the given quarter and no securities were recorded in the account, no commission will be charged.

The Client's acceptance of the order shall be made by the responsible employee during the business day of the custodian on 09: 30-17: 00, unless otherwise specified by these conditions). The order received at the end of the Operating Day shall be deemed accepted at the next Operating Day. The deadlines for the acceptance of orders for the purpose of performing transactions with foreign securities shall be in accordance with the terms set forth in the contracts concluded with the foreign custodians.
The Custodial Service Agreement enters into force and becomes binding upon its conclusion and is valid for an indefinite period.

The Contract may be terminated at the initiative of either Party upon written notice to the other Party. In this case, this Agreement shall be deemed to be in writing twenty days after the receipt of the written notification of one of the Parties to the denunciation of the other Party. The Parties hereby undertake to fulfill the obligations set forth in this Agreement within the time limit specified.
Upon the Client's first request, in the event of termination of the Custodial Contract or the Custodian's termination or liquidation of the Custodian, the Custodian shall be obliged to directly deliver to the Client its securities on the basis of a securities write-off order or at the Central Depository of Armenia, by registering with another custodian on behalf of the customer.
In conducting operations in the securities market, the Bank operates under the principles of impartiality, integrity, punctuality and mandatory reporting of all transactions in securities and monetary instruments to its clients. The Bank operates solely for the protection of the Client's interests in fulfilling customer's instructions

To use the Bank's custodial services, you need to become a Bank Accounting Client.
The document should be submitted in original or notarized copy and, if necessary, apostille. After copying, the original will be returned.
An additional application is required to open a Depo account.

Reports (statements) are provided by the Bank on the business day following the day of performing the Custodian operation upon customer request.

Documents required by the CDA for mediation services are provided in writing and in Armenian (except for instructions and information submitted through the SWIFT system), and foreign-language originals or copies thereof, notarized and translated into Armenian (if any, from the Hague acceding countries). if the state is not a party to the Convention, the legalization of the documents is done by consular means).
The Bank shall not be liable for any losses incurred by the Customer in connection with the Registry and Custodial Services, except for the losses incurred as a result of the Bank's illegal activities.
