As a result of active cooperation and efforts of ARMSWISSBANK employees and “BEVER” Co consultants the unique CRM complex model was formed which consists of separate units related to provided services and customers, as well as procedures and analytical parts.

The installment of CRM Model provides Bank Employees with a set of tools to conduct data base in a more flexible way and to manage issues in parallel with system increase.
