Noteworthy, that no income tax will be applied on subscribed bonds for individuals as well as non-resident legal entities. Bonds will be placed via open subscription. Applications for subscriptions will be accepted starting from 21.10.2024 10:00 till 28.11.2024 16:00.

Significant part of attracted resources would be channeled to sustainable projects.

To ensure the liquidity of the bonds in the secondary market, including the new issue, ARMSWISSBANK uses the services of market makers, which provide continuous two-sided quotations of bonds within the trading sessions of Armenian Stock Exchange.
