Mortgage loan granting between “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC and “National mortgage company” ULO CJSC in the scope of the signed agreement.

In 24.02.2011 an agreement has been signed between “ARMSWISSBANK” CJSC and “National mortgage company” ULO CJSC in the scope of which the Bank will grant mortgage loans to its clinets for real estate acquisition.

The above mentioned agreement will give an opportunity to the Bank to enlarge the volume of mortgage lending and to offer competitional conditions for flat, house or lot acquisition, building or repair. In the scope of this project mortgage loans will be granted for 15 years and 11-14% interest rate. The minimal advance is 30% (in case of other collateral 0% will be possible). The loans are granted both in AMD and USD.
