On July 27th of 2008 the Bank made payment of coupons on bonds of the second issue by Valletta Ltd. The decision to issue coupon bonds with the following terms was made on November 12th of 2007: denomination – AMD 50000; volume – 10 000; total amount – AMD 500 mln; coupon rate – 10.5% (semiannual coupon rate – 5.25%); maturity – 24 months. The next coupon payment will be made within a three-day period from December 26th of 2008, June 26th and December 28th of 2009.
